1. General and Definitions

1.1 Welcome to Live Sat Tracker, available at LiveSatTracker.com and live-sat-tracker.com (the "Service", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Service.

2. Nature of the Service (Entertainment Only)

2.1 The Service is a work of <strong>satire and entertainment</strong>. It is a prank experience designed to amuse. It simulates the appearance of locating a phone through a dramatic animated "orbital trace" and then reveals that no such tracking has occurred.

2.2 The Service performs NO real satellite tracking, phone tracking, geolocation, or surveillance of any kind. Any coordinates, maps, radar sweeps, progress indicators, or "lock acquired" messages are fictional visual effects generated for amusement only.

2.3 You acknowledge and agree that nothing presented by the Service represents the actual location of any person or device, and that no phone number entered is ever located, contacted, or identified.

2.4 If any part of the Service ever gives the impression that a real location has been found, that impression is part of the joke, and the Service will make the fictional nature of the result clear.

3. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

3.1 You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service. If you are a minor, please use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3.2 The Service is intended for light-hearted, good-natured fun among consenting friends. You agree to use it responsibly and to respect the feelings and dignity of anyone you share it with.

3.3 You agree NOT to present the Service to anyone as a genuine tracking tool in order to deceive, threaten, harass, intimidate, coerce, or distress them, and NOT to use it in connection with stalking or any unlawful purpose.

3.4 You agree not to attempt to misuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer for harmful ends, or overload the Service, or to represent the Service as your own.

4. No Real Tracking or Location Data

4.1 The Service does not access satellites, mobile networks, GPS or GNSS systems, carrier records, or any location infrastructure. It has no technical capability to locate a phone, and none is operating behind the scenes.

4.2 Real phone location requires the target device to actively participate through software and, in almost all lawful cases, the consent of its user. The Service does none of this and cannot do any of it.

4.3 Nothing in the Service should be relied upon for any real-world decision, safety matter, investigation, or emergency. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

5. Privacy and Data (We Store Nothing)

5.1 The Service is built to store NO personal data. Any phone number you type is used only to personalise the on-screen animation and <strong>stays within your browser</strong>. It is not transmitted to us, logged, or saved.

5.2 We do not sell, share, or retain phone numbers or personal information, because we do not collect them in the first place. Please also review our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5.3 To the extent any minimal, strictly necessary technical storage is used to make the site function, it is not used to identify, profile, or track you.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 The Service, including its name, animations, text, and design, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6.2 You may use and share links to the Service for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You may not copy, resell, or commercially exploit the Service or its Content without our prior written permission.
